supposed master mechanic with 20 years experience. Although Richard
has a shop in Mesa, AZ this means nothing, it is only a facade.
He has half-built cars and motorcycle frames just sitting around
to appease the public and fool the police. Because Richard Cosentino
has been banned from ebay, now his partner John Schmutzer
victims on Ebay, KitCars.com and other Sites. Richard Cosentino (illiterate) is the

I PAID $21,300 CASH FOR THIS CAR TO BE FINISHED; INTERIOR, DOORS, PAINT, WHEELS & TIRES, ETC.
I EVEN FLEW OUT & MET WITH THEM LIKE THEIR AD RECOMMENDS. "Book a flight to come out and see our
work before auction ends." They tricked me into thinking they were legitimate; they had the house, the shop,
the half-built cars. I PAID IN FULL, have a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT with their signature; stating 8 week turn-around time.
AND GUESS WHAT? I NEVER GOT A THING. I GOT NOTHING BUT EXCUSES AND NOW A YEAR HAS GONE BY.
Richard picked me up at Sky Harbor Intl' and drove me straight to Wells Fargo Bank to hand over the cash deposit of $10,000 then on On February 22, 2009 my wife and I drove to Mesa again per Mr. Cosentino's request to approve the car ready for paint and gave him the final payment of $10,300.00 Cash at 11:00 am, which Mr. Cosentino handed over to his wife Stephanie Cosentino who took my money and placed it in her purse at (1734 E. Main St.,#3, Mesa, AZ 85203) their shop.
Richard and his partner, John, claim I abandoned my car and owe $30,000 more for 4 months in storage fees.
This makes no sense at all and they are using it as an excuse to keep my car and not return any of my money.

Judd Blount owes us around $25-30,000 in storage fees now over the past 4 months. He can not pay because he is broke. We only like to work with affluent customers. Serious buyers will call and arrange to see work as I offer OVER AND OVER AND OVER again. Obviously meaning there is nothing to hide. Doron Azoulay owes money as well for parts purchased and unpaid for. A recent "victim" Mike Kunitake wanted his car released without paint and then disappeared without contact. He now owes around $20,000.00 in storage fees. He has one of our cars, he won it on ebay and left positive feedback. Then he attempted to join up with Judd Blount to try and get all the money we "stole" from him back even though he received a car and ebay can verify that.

If # of victims is 6, then 6 x $23,000 = $138,000 and I am sure there are many others, and it SUCKS that this "Asswipe" Rich Cosentino and John Schmutzer are still able to rip people off, now he is ripping people off by trying to sell them Lamborghini Kit Cars. When i asked Richy boy about this he said with his haulers he used would be able to get it shipped for this amount very easily and if it would be more than that it would only be $100 to $200 dollars more max. Bottom line I paid for my bike in full that reads IN FULL hunny so the money for my bike going to somebody elses or to your rent or whatever is unacceptable. Its paid for now either give me my money back or finish the bike. By the way seeing as you have to give my bike to my attorney it will have to pass an inspection there before it comes to me here in North Dakota or Richy gets it back to fix till it passes...funny how the court system works huh. And yes that lingo is in the case against him...any costs that arise in the process of collecting on the debt owed will be added to the debt...like having to fix the bike. And just a final note here there is no way and I mean NO WAY that I didnt follow the contract or the payment ditz i have the copy of the check for $23,500 that he cashed so that means he stole the money if he didnt give me anything for it and that is why he got sued...christ woman its been 11 months not 2 weeks. ***UPDATE 10/25/209*** As of today, I have won a judgement against Richard Cosentino and his company. Richard didn't pay up like the judge ordered and failed to appear in court several times so my lawyer is still playing cat and mouse with this thief just to get me my money back. Even as of this writing (5-30-2009), it's in the shop to have the swingarm changed due to incorrect aligment (one side is longer and higher than the other side, costing me $4,360.00). So you guy's who have these Choppers Please have the Swingarm checked. It causes excessive wear on the tire and could cause you serious injury or possibly worse. I could list the things I've had to replace sice it's purchase, but until someone contacts me with positive action. It would be senseless. Feel free to contact me. We made it late the night before she went into surgery for her tumor removal. We stayed for my spring break with the family to be there for my great grandma and we decided to get back to Kentucky so I wouldn't be missing any school. We got back home and I was at softball practice when my dad came and picked me up from practice (my dad didn't usually pick me up) and I knew something was up. It was very quiet on that long ride home from Twin Hoffle Elementry and he told me something had happened. I ran upstairs when we reached our house to find my mother curled up into a ball due to the fact that my great grandma had passed away... I ran outside to meet up with my good friend Ashley to tell her what happened. Oh and that also reminds me. These backstabbing neighbors made fun of Ashley whenever my parents were over because of her accent. They also sat and popped prescription drugs that were obtained illegally by Christine and Doug who lived directly across the street from us. Mrs. Tracy Chambers hid at night from her kids to smoke cigarettes in secret while she put them to bed before 8 o'clock every night while she went out and drank and partied with the rest of the neighborhood at a garage party. You could always be positive if you weren't there you'd be the one talked about behind your back.
